Charles K. Schoenkin



Mr. Schoenkin, the President of The Schoenkin Group, Inc., received his MBA in Finance, Investments and Banking from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.  Prior to his creation of The Schoenkin Group, Inc., he was employed by Citicorp Investment Bank, then served as Vice President of the Chemical Banking Corporation, and later served as Director of Information Products and Technology at Robert Morris Associates.

Responsible for the management, development, and expansion of information products at Robert Morris Associates (RMA).  Initiation of a joint venture between RMA and The Fair, Isaac Companies to create a statistically based, empirically derived, pooled-data scorecard for small business lending.  Through the use of this innovative tool, lenders are able to effectively predict the risk associated with originating small business loans and reduce time spent in credit analysis; thereby increasing the profitability of small business lending.

Origination and implementation of a comprehensive management information system designed to assess and analyze the performance and quality of the Consumer Bank’s $20 billion asset portfolio.  The reporting and analytical system interprets changes in asset performance, portfolio size and product mix, and identifies specific areas of credit risk within the portfolio.
